Luís Neto Galvão participates in "Roundtable on Personal Data Protection in the Publication of Judicial Decisions", in Brussels

Luís Neto Galvão participated, on 28 February, as a speaker in the "Roundtable on the Protection of Personal Data in the Publication of Judicial Decisions", organised by the Council of Europe, in Brussels.
 
This roundtable took place within the framework of the initiative "Promoting transparency of judicial decisions and strengthening national implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)".

The topic in the discussion in which the Partner and head of SRS Legal's Data Protection and Cybersecurity Department participated was related to the online publication of judicial decisions, in particular regarding the balance between the right to data protection and the right to access judicial decisions.
