SRS Advogados, starts this month, with another partner, who joins the current 17.
Paulo Bandeira has a undergraduate degree in Law and a postgraduate Diploma in Securities Law, Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. The lawyer is a founding member of the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance (IPCG) and co-author of "Corporate Governance Code" from that institute.
Paulo led numerous mergers and acquisitions and specialized in corporate governance, especially in matters of structure of boards of directors and the duties and responsibilities of administrators.
Paulo is still the partner responsible for the development of the SRS Startup Lawyers Project, designed to assist companies in early stages of development, with special focus on technology and biotechnology.
The lawyer was recently nominated Vice President of the Union Internationale d'Avocats Portugal (UIA), an organization open to all lawyers association in the world with representatives of about 110 countries. Was also distinguished by Iberian Lawyer as one of the "40 under forty", awarded every two years, the 40 lawyers under 40 years, with operations in Portugal and Spain.
