Pedro Pinto Melo and Duarte de Almeida Tenreiro recognised as mediators by the Directorate-General for Justice Policy

SRS Legal is pleased to announce the inclusion of Pedro Pinto Melo and Duarte de Almeida Tenreiro in the official list of conflict mediators of the Directorate-General for Justice Policy.

The Managing Associate and the Associate are both part of the Dispute Resolution Department at SRS Legal and hold specialised training in mediation, as well as extensive experience in handling complex disputes. With this inclusion, orders that Pedro and Duarte issue in agreements reached in mediation proceedings in which they intervene will now be enforceable.

Their recognition as conflict mediators by the Directorate-General for Justice Policy strengthens the group of SRS Legal professionals accredited in this field, reinforcing the firm’s ongoing commitment to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and to the promotion of a more efficient and accessible justice system.
