Raquel Cuba Martins speaker at ‘Investment by Global Citizens’ conference

On September 24th, Raquel Cuba Martins took part as a speaker at the ‘Investment by Global Citizens’ conference organised by Bison Bank at the Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel.

The partner in charge of SRS Legal's Immigration, Golden Visa and Nationality Department was part of the panel discussion ‘Investing in Portugal: The Investment Funds Route’, where one of the topics highlighted was the impact of the recent changes to residence authorisation policies for investment activities, known as ‘golden visas’ and the abrupt end of the Non-Habitual Resident Regime.

The event was attended by several Portuguese management companies and opened by the Minister for the Economy, Pedro Reis, who emphasised the importance of attracting human and financial capital to Portugal.
