SRS Advogados advises on sale of Luxclusif to Farfetch

The team at SRS Advogados which advised the shareholders of Luxclusif was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner, Private Equity & Venture Capital) and included Solange Fernandes (Associate) and Mariana Azevedo Mendes (Associate).

Luxclusif is a technology company founded in 2013 which provides B2B (business-to-business) services with a platform for resale of second-hand luxury goods which enables the acquisition, authentication and sale of second-hand luxury goods to and from auctions, retailers, e-commerce platforms and stores worldwide.
