SRS Legal advises ActiveCap on investment in Natstone (with Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira, Miguel Pereira Bonifácio and Joana Ferreira Gonçalves)

SRS Legal advised ActiveCap Capital Partners on its investment in Natstone, a Portuguese company specialised in the transformation of natural stone and development of ornamental solutions for architecture and design projects. The investment was carried out through the ActiveCap II – Portuguese Growth Fund.

SRS Legal’s advice to ActiveCap covered all stages of the transaction, including structuring of the investment, due diligence and drafting and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation. The team was led by Partner Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira, head of the Private Equity & Venture Capital team at SRS Legal, and included Associates Miguel Pereira Bonifácio and Joana Ferreira Gonçalves.

Through this investment, Natstone initiates a new international growth and consolidation phase, with a view to consolidating its presence in key international markets, strengthening its innovation capabilities, broadening its product portfolio and reinforcing its positioning in higher value-added segments, driven by design, functionality and sustainability.
