SRS Legal advises Activecap on investment in the Ozo Living Group

SRS Legal advised ActiveCap on an €8.2 million investment in the group OZO Living, specialised in furniture, with the aim of accelerating the company's international expansion and strengthening its export capacity.

SRS Legal's Private Equity & Venture Capital team was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner) and included Marco Silva Garrinhas (Managing Associate) and Miguel Pereira Bonifácio (Associate).

The investment will enable OZO Living to strengthen and expand its presence in international markets, particularly in the US, consolidate its production capacity and develop new product lines, contributing to the Portuguese brand's affirmation in the global furniture sector.
