SRS Legal advises Automaise on investment round

SRS Legal advised Automaise on a five million euros investment round led by Oxy Capital and with the participation of Bright Pixel, Armilar and HCapital, which were already shareholders in Automaise and increased their respective investments.

The SRS Legal team included Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner, Private Equity & Venture Capital) and Solange Fernandes (Associate).

Automaise is specialised in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for companies and developed a platform which allows companies to implement last generation AI agents without technical complexity. The objective of this approach is to make automation accessible and efficient for organisations across multiple sectors.

Since its foundation in 2017 by Ernesto Pedrosa and Carlos Oliveira, Automaise has increasingly gained customers in the retail, banking, insurance and telecom sectors, and its solutions have allowed an increase of up to 60% in the productivity of its customers.

This financing aims to accelerate the international expansion of the Automaise into new markets in Europe and the US and develop its AI platform.
