SRS Legal advises C2 Capital on the investment in Bluepharma

SRS Legal advised C2 Capital on the significant investment of 30 million euros in Bluepharma, becoming a shareholder in this pharmaceutical company.

The SRS Legal team responsible for advising was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (Partner), with Marco Silva Garrinhas (Managing Associate) and Joana Ferreira Gonçalves (Associate), and involved a multidisciplinary team of lawyers in the legal due diligence on Bluepharma and drafting and negotiation of the investment agreements. The involvement in this operation reflects SRS's commitment to providing excellent legal advice on complex and strategic transactions.

This partnership between C2 Capital and Bluepharma aims to provide a substantial financial boost to drive Bluepharma's strategic projects over the next decade. The investment of 30 million euros aims to strengthen Bluepharma's Research and Development (R&D) strategy, contributing to the industrial capacity of the pharmaceutical multinational based in Coimbra.

The investment will play a crucial role in the solid progress of the "Coimbra Life Sciences Park" and CiNTech projects, within the scope of the PRR (Resilience and Recovery Plan). These projects aim to promote the creation of the first technology centre entirely dedicated to complex injectable medicines in Portugal.
