SRS Legal hires Miguel Koch Rua and Eduarda Alves da Costa to its Corporate & Finance Department

SRS Legal has hired Partner Miguel Koch Rua and Associate Eduarda Alves da Costa to its Corporate & Finance Department, based at the Porto office, consolidating its capabilities in Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A and investment operations.

With more than 25 years of experience, Miguel Koch Rua has built a widely recognised career in Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A, Corporate Governance, International Contracts and Transport Law, having been involved in several foreign direct investment transactions across sectors such as the automotive industry, food distribution, information technologies, tourism and real estate, as well as in corporate restructurings. He is also a Guest Lecturer at Porto Business School, on the Postgraduate Programme in Project Management.

Eduarda Alves da Costa has experience in Commercial and Corporate Law and M&A, advising national and international clients at different stages of their investment and business development projects. She holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Porto.

These integrations strengthen the firm’s presence in the North of Portugal and its proximity to the regional business community, contributing to the growth and consolidation of a multidisciplinary team fully integrated into SRS Legal’s structure.
