SRS Legal Shots - Update with retroactive effect from 1 January

The Employment and Social Security Law Department at SRS Legal highlights the publication of Ordinance No. 51-B/2026, of 30 January, which updates the meal allowance for 2026, with an impact on income tax and social security exemption limits, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2026.
