Portuguese Decree-Law No 5/2023 of 25 January establishing the governance model of European funds for the 2021-2027 programming period was published.

Decree-Law no. 5/2023 establishes the governance model of European funds as well as the respective programmes, defining the organic structure for the exercise of coordination, management, monitoring, certification, payment, audit, as well as monitoring, evaluation and communication functions, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021.
