Some partners have loaned works of art to the firm on a loan-for-display basis. “We try to have iconic works in our collection. We have, for example, a 1968 painting by Malangatana, from the period when he was coming into his own as a painter.” The firm has also developed a strong involvement in cultural institutions. Brotéria and the Marvão International Festival are good examples of this collaborative aspect. As part of this cultural activity, they launched the Casino’s new lecture series, inspired by Eça de Queiroz, which tackle contemporary issues.”
