«SRS Legal advised C2 Capital on a 30 million euro investment operation in Bluepharma, becoming a major shareholder in this pharmaceutical company. The team responsible for the advisory service was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira (partner), with Marco Silva Garrinhas (coordinator) and Joana Ferreira Gonçalves (associate), and involved a multidisciplinary team of lawyers in carrying out "legal due diligence" on Bluepharma. According to the law firm, the aim of this partnership between the two companies is to boost Bluepharma's Bluepharma's strategic projects over the next decade.»
