SRS Legal advises C2 Capital on Bluepharma investment (with Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira, Marco Silva Garrinhas and Joana Ferreira Gonçalves)

«SRS Legal advised C2 Capital on the 30 million euro investment in Bluepharma, becoming a key shareholder in the pharmaceutical company.

"This partnership between C2 Capital and Bluepharma aims to provide a substantial financial boost to drive Bluepharma's strategic projects over the next decade," the firm said in a statement.

The SRS Legal team responsible for the advisory work was led by Partner Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira and included Managing Associate Marco Silva Garrinhas and Associate Joana Ferreira Gonçalves.

In this operation, SRS involved a multidisciplinary team of lawyers in carrying out legal due diligence on Bluepharma and drafting and negotiating the investment contracts.

In a statement, the law firm explained that the 30 million euro investment aims to strengthen Bluepharma's Research and Development (R&D) strategy, contributing to the industrial capacity of the pharmaceutical multinational based in Coimbra.»
