SRS Legal advises on sale of Gresart to Gres Panaria (with Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira and Miguel Pereira Bonifácio)

SRS Legal has advised the shareholders of Gresart – Cerâmica Industrial on the sale of 100% of the share capital to Gres Panaria Portugal.

The SRS Legal team was led by Partner Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira and Senior Associate Miguel Pereira Bonifácio.

This acquisition is part of the growth strategy of the Italian multinational Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A in Portugal, which includes the Love Tiles and Margres brands, and will strengthen its market share in the ceramic floor and wall tile sector in Portugal.
