Of Counsel in the Employment and Social Security Department of SRS Legal, operating from our Oporto office.
Alexandra Sequeira has extensive experience in advising national and international companies involved in a variety of sectors, as well as defining flexible contractual models for the hiring and appointment of human resources, preparing salary packages, remuneration supplements, benefits and incentive plans, (re)organizing working hours and restructuring processes, including collective redundancies and transfers of undertakings.
With over than 20 years' experience, Alexandra Sequeira also acts in labor, disciplinary and social security litigation.
Alexandra holds the CCP (Certificate of Pedagogical Competence) and has collaborated in providing training in the employment field to various companies.
