Renovation of SRS Legal's headquarters in Lisbon
SRS Legal is beginning the renovation of its headquarters, located at 21 Rua Dom Francisco Manuel de Melo, in Lisbon, Portugal.
The renovation works are scheduled to take place between October 2025 and August 2026. During this period, the team is conducting its business as usual at 15 Rua Dom Francisco Manuel de Melo – the premises next door - on the same street.
This project represents more than a physical transformation: it is the realisation of our ambition to offer an environment that reflects the excellence, innovation and closeness that characterise SRS Legal, promoting a collaborative culture based on strength and growth.

1. Why did SRS Legal decide to renovate its current building?
We have been located at 21 Rua Dom Francisco Manuel de Melo since 2005. Over the last 20 years, this building has witnessed our growth, evolution, and the consolidation of SRS Legal’s status as one of the leading law firms in Portugal.
To continue this evolution, we are preparing the building for the future, ensuring the right facilities and planning for further growth.
The refurbishment will allow us to create new collaborative spaces, improve comfort and energy efficiency, and ensure that we continue to offer a modern and welcoming environment for our professionals, with a space exclusively dedicated to clients.
2. When will the works begin and how long will they last?
The works will begin in October 2025. The return to our headquarters is estimated for August 2026.
3. Where will SRS Legal operate during this period?
The team is already located in n15 Rua Dom Francisco Manuel de Melo, adjacent to our headquarters, from where it will continue to provide its usual excellent service.
4. Will there be any impact on client service?
We will maintain our usual quality and availability. All telephone and electronic contacts remain unchanged.
5. Will you still be available for face-to-face meetings at your premises?
As usual, we will have meeting rooms to welcome our clients. We will also be happy to meet clients at their offices, further strengthening our ties.
6. When the refurbishment is complete, what will change?
You will have at your disposal a more comfortable space that has been thoughtfully designed to welcome you.
