SRS Legal strengthens its Public Law team and presence in Porto with the integration of Vasco Moura Ramos

New hires consolidate the growth of SRS Legal’s Public Law Department, while reinforcing the multidisciplinary team dedicated to Northern Portugal under the ‘Go North’ strategy

SRS Legal is delighted to announce the integration of Vasco Moura Ramos as Partner of the Administrative and Environment Law Department, joining Partners José Luís Moreira da Silva and Alexandre Roque, and continuing his practice from SRS Legal’s Porto office.

With a career dedicated to Public Law, particularly administrative litigation and public procurement, Vasco Moura Ramos reinforces SRS Legal’s Public Law Department, one of the firm’s core practice areas. His arrival also strengthens the firm’s Go North expansion project and consolidates Porto as a hub of legal excellence. Prior to joining SRS Legal, he was a Partner at a leading law firm, where he headed the Porto office. He is a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, served as Advisor to the Minister of Economy between 2013 and 2014, and previously worked at other top-tier Portuguese law firms.

The Porto team is further reinforced with the arrival of Manuel Felício, the newest Associate in the Administrative and Environment Law Department. He holds a master’s degree in civil law sciences, with a specialisation in Civil Law, and a Law degree, both from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

The local structure also gains greater solidity with the integration of Marléne Reis as Office Manager, supporting the operational management of the office.
