Portuguese Administrative Order No. 185/2024/1, dated August 14, which approves the template for the declaration of no conflict of interest intended for members of governing bodies, executives, and employees of public entities covered by the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), approved as an annex to Decree -Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9, shall enter into force on August 15, 2026.
