SRS advises Gresart-Cerâmica on the sale of its share capital (with Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira and Miguel Pereira Bonifácio)

SRS Legal has advised the shareholders of Gresart-Cerâmica Industrial on the sale of 100% of the share capital to Gres Panaria Portugal.
This acquisition is part of the growth strategy of the Italian multinational Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche, which includes the Love Tiles and Margres brands, and will strengthen its market share in the ceramic floor and wall tile sector in Portugal.
